West Monroe is seeking a NetSuite Manager with current business/technology consulting experience to join our rapidly growing Financial Management team within our Operations Excellence practice. West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice is focused on driving value from strategy through execution—not merely pointing to best practices and standards. We enable clients to realize the enduring benefits of IT, business, process, and organizational optimization by delivering real, sustainable adoption. Our solutions focus on value creation through the lenses of people, process, and technology across functional transformation and related platforms, productivity, and transformation enablement. Each consultant within our Operations Excellence practice is aligned to one of seven focus areas including Financial Management, Organizational Change Management, Portfolio & Program Management, Robotic Process Automation, Supply Chain Management, Process Optimization, and IT Strategy & Business Process Outsourcing.

West Monroe is currently seeking a Manager – NetSuite (ERP) to help support our NetSuite ERP Practice. The Manager will need to demonstrate in-depth understanding and experience in deploying NetSuite software, in-depth knowledge of multiple business functions (e.g. Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, International Localization), and has led prior NetSuite implementation projects. Experience with integration to third-party add-on applications, NetSuite customizations, and M&A activity is a plus.

West Monroe’s NetSuite implementation projects are typically highly complex, transformative engagements for middle to upper-middle market clients with multiple WMP team members working on a single client project at a time.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of NetSuite’s suitability for prospective clients
  • Lead NetSuite implementation projects, across various implementation workstreams
  • Devise implementation strategy and project approach specific to each client’s situation
  • Establish project governance structure with WM and client teams
  • Coordinate with client project leads and report to the steering committee
  • Lead client workshops focused on designing future state business needs
  • Develop solution architecture for NetSuite and related applications
  • Provide quality assurance review on junior team members’ approaches and deliverables
  • Lead efforts to develop and enhance WM’s methodologies and artifacts
  • Drive and support business development efforts
  • Participate in non-NetSuite focused ERP projects such as software selection or back-office strategy as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Information Technology, MIS, Finance & Accounting)
  • 4+ years of “hands-on” NetSuite configuration and/or use
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in understanding and configuring ERP systems (any)
  • Experience leading multiple NetSuite implementations
  • Willingness and ability to work with, develop, and coach our junior team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
